It is the continuing policy of PDII to afford Equal Employment Opportunity to qualified individuals regardless of their race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, handicap, disability and veteran status, and to conform to applicable laws and regulations.

All applicants for employment are to be recruited, selected, and employed on the basis of individual merit and ability with respect to positions being filled. Applicants for employment will be recruited, selected and employed without discriminatory consideration based on race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, handicap, disability or veteran status.

Personnel practices regarding compensation, benefits, training and development, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, promotions, and transfers, demotions, layoff and terminations will be administered with due consideration to job performance, experience and qualifications but without discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, handicap, disability and veteran status.

The objectives of this policy are as follows:

To insure the employment of the most qualified applicants available from the labor market in all levels of employment. To provide and maintain equality of opportunity for self-development and advancement to all qualified and qualifiable employees. To work with such community, state and national groups as will assist the Company to maintain equality of employment opportunities.

To carry out the Company’s obligation to adhere to all laws, local, state and federal, pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity and fair employment practices. The implementation of this Equal Employment Opportunity policy is the responsibility of PDII’s management group. The Corporate Human Resources Department has responsibility for coordinating this policy and attendant programs throughout the Company. Dennis Brody, Vice President - Human Resources, serves as the Company’s Equal Employment Opportunity Officer.

Our success at providing full and equal participation for all employees requires your full support. I am confident that through our efforts we will maintain our high standards of performance in fostering Equal Employment Opportunities.
